Customer Relationship Management System eLearning Development


Coca-Cola, the world’s most valuable and recognized brand, implemented a customer relationship management mobility platform for Account Managers, Market Development Managers, and District Sales Managers. The platform represented a significant investment in their business to meet the changing needs of their customers and consumers. The results transformed the way their Region Sales associates operate. It’s primary goal was to standardize on processes and to drive consistency across front line sales teams.

Arnowitz Creative Agency was selected to help Coca-Cola due to their extensive and successful background in creative media development. To manage the project, act as an overall instructional design consultant, and develop the eLearning components of the training program, Arnowitz Creative Agency selected Peregrine Performance Group.


For the project, we scoped the design, development, review, revision, and implementation activities. We successfully managed all resources and project tasks, including scripting, storyboarding, asset acquisition and development, eLearning authoring, revision, and publishing.


We and Arnowitz Creative successfully delivered all eLearning modules. Coca-Cola is currently rolling out the eLearning to all sales associates across North America.
