North Bay Managers’ Forum — Inaugural Gathering (12 Sep 2014)

North Bay Managers Forum On 12 Sep 2014, Peregrine Performance Group — the North Bay’s leading workforce performance improvement firm — will host the first quarterly gathering of North Bay managers at the North Bay Managers’ Forum.

About the Event

Part training event, part networking forum, part support group, the North Bay Managers’ Forum (NBMF) is a new, extraordinary, local asset for Bay Area people managers eager to build positive power and influence skills in their work. Take some time to step away from your desk and the day-to-day activities of managing your team to sharpen the saw and hone your skills in this half-day professional development program. Consider this your personal invitation to join us for this important event.

Our Focus for the Initial Gathering

In this initial program we’ll explore useful tools, from the discipline of Human Performance Technology (HPT) — tools designed to help you recognize and solve workforce performance problems. We will examine why people don’t do what they’re expected to do, discuss key factors for improving workforce performance, and do some problem solving with real-life case studies from Bay Area managers. We’ll also begin setting the stage for future NBMF gatherings by considering common manager competencies and determining which ones to focus on next. You’ll return to your workspace with new time- and cost-saving tools and some valuable new relationships. Register button 120 Register before 29 August and save $50.
